About Me

I am an IT engineer with over 10 years experience in desk side and server support. Companies worked for include IBM, Compaq, Hogg Robinson, Centra Software and Ultima Solutions.

With experience of having the highest desk side issue closure stats and working with VIP's and other users around the globe. My straightforward, no nonsense attitude has been seen as a breath of fresh air, in the world of confusing technology and poorly advised high street shop staff.

I am Toshiba Accredited, and have worked with all manufacturers hardware, most prominent being Dell, IBM and Compaq desktops and laptops.

History

Conveniently located in Bracknell, and over the last couple of years, developed an informal customer\friend base of over 100 users
